Amaryllis ‘Burgundy Picotee’ Bulbs – Burgundy With A Pale Edge

Deep burgundy petals with a pale edge — the darkest picotee we carry. Plant it, water it once, and it flowers in six to eight weeks — no garden required.

• Burgundy petals with a fine cream margin and a near-black centre
• Top-size bulb — flowers in its first season, not after years of waiting
• 1–5 bulb packs, with the price per bulb dropping as the pack grows

What you receive

Firm, disease-checked burgundy picotee amaryllis bulbs, graded for size and packed by hand in a breathable box with a plain-English planting card. Packs run from one bulb to five — enough to stagger blooms across the winter.

How to plant and grow

Use a pot only slightly wider than the bulb, with drainage. Set the bulb nose-up with its top third above the compost, water once, and keep it near 70°F until a green shoot appears. Then move it to the brightest window you have and water when the top inch of soil dries. A single stem usually carries three to five flowers; heavy doubles may need a slim cane. After flowering, cut the spent stem but keep the leaves growing — that is what feeds next year’s bulb.
