Springback was founded by gardeners who were tired of ordering bulbs online and receiving dried-out, mislabelled stock that never came up. We built the shop we wanted to buy from: honest descriptions, fresh bulbs, and real growing advice from people who plant them.
Our Story
We started with a simple idea — that a garden should get better every year, not just for one season. Flower bulbs are one of the few things you plant once and enjoy for decades, but only if they arrive healthy and go into the ground at the right time.
Today we ship tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, crocuses, irises, lilies and rare caudex plants to gardeners across the United States. Every order is packed by hand, and every variety is trialled in our own beds before we offer it to you.
Why Gardeners Choose Springback
- Hand-inspected bulbs. Every bulb is checked for firmness, size and disease before it is packed. If it would not go in our own garden, it does not go in your box.
- Fresh from the nursery. We ship in season, not from year-old warehouse stock, so bulbs arrive plump and ready to root.
- Growing guides included. Each order comes with planting depth, spacing and timing instructions for your climate zone — and our growing guides go deeper whenever you need them.
- A real sprout guarantee. If your bulbs fail to grow, we replace them. See our refund and replacement policy.
From Our Nursery to Your Garden
We work directly with growers who harvest at the right moment and cure bulbs properly before storage. That matters more than most gardeners realise: a bulb that is harvested too early or stored too warm will sprout weakly, if at all. Our stock is graded by size, kept cool and dry, and dispatched quickly so it reaches you in planting condition.
When your box arrives, open it straight away. Bulbs should feel heavy for their size, with no soft spots or mould. Plant them as soon as you can, or store them in a cool, dry, dark place until planting day.
Our Growing Promise
Gardening is patient work, and we want you to feel confident trying something new. If a variety does not perform the way we described, tell us. We will help you troubleshoot, and if the bulbs themselves were at fault, we will make it right.
